ABOUT US: Elflein Real Estate LLC is a non-traditional Ohio real estate brokerage firm providing services tailored to the specific needs of each individual client. As the daughter of two real estate brokers (and wonderful mentors) who founded their own real estate companies - my father in commercial / land development and my mother in residential - it was only natural that I would follow my parents into the real estate industry. I obtained my first real estate license in Scottsdale Arizona in 1983 and pursued a real estate career in the Columbus market upon relocation to Ohio. I have facilitated numerous transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers both in mainstream and in transitional markets; across the spectrum of economic conditions - from robust growth to moderate recession.
Our current market often requires the incorporation of unique lending solutions to ensure an expeditious sale. It is equally imperative to buyers who often rely on their Realtor to ensure they are selecting the best financing package and title insurance policy to suit their needs. I continuously expand my working knowledge of loan program conglomeration and the array of title insurance policies available to consumers today.
